Refund policy

At Thingforstudy.store, we strive to provide the highest quality stationery and organization products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a transparent and structured return process.

I. RETURN PERIOD You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

II. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Personalized or customized stationery products.

III. REFUND PROCESS Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).

 

IV. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

V. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive a defective or damaged product (e.g., broken wooden holders or leaking pens), please contact us immediately at support@Thingforstudy.store with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
