What is the Return and refund policy?

At Thingforstudy.store, we strive to provide the highest quality stationery and organization products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a transparent and structured return process.

I. RETURN PERIOD You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

II. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:


  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Personalized or customized stationery products.

III. REFUND PROCESS Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).

 

IV. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

V. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive a defective or damaged product (e.g., broken wooden holders or leaking pens), please contact us immediately at support@Thingforstudy.store with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

What is the Shipping policy?

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during peak study seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

II. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (depending on destination).

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

III. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

IV. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Thingforstudy.store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

V. DAMAGES Thingforstudy.store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
